"These effects of echinacea were associated with a significant and sustained increase in the number of circulating total white blood cells, monocytes, neutrophils and NK cells."
Also you misunderstood what I said the first section is how to mix the solution and the second section is the dosing , it's not that confusing.
"You need a glass jar or bottle not plastic. Use distilled or filtered water, low in chlorine. The ratio is 2 TABLESPOONS of MSM to 24 fluid ounces of water. This is like a bomber beer bottle. You can scale this ratio any way you like. Let the bottle set for a half hour or so and swish it around from time to time. The point is that the MSM dissolves completely. Using the ratio of 2 measured Tablespoons to 24 ounces of water is convenient because there are 12 grams of MSM in a level measured Tablespoon. When doing it this way the fluid ounces of the water is your dose in grams."
"MSM water DOSING-The Goal is to work up to 8 grams a day split into two doses of 4 fluid ounces each twice a day, this should take at least a month. Start the MSM as soon as you start the protocol."
I'm done working on this and the information is complete , as well I don't feel obliged to prove or explain anything to you. If you want to read my material that is fine , if you don't that is fine too.
Hi, not sure what is going on but my protocol questions seem to be disappearing. Hopefully I'm not asking the wrong questions. I'll try again here...
1. I have a very old home and the tub is quite small. Too small to really submerge my body and get temp up. Can I get the same effect by taking a long warm (hot) shower and washing with the Fucus Vesiculosus towards the end?
2. Regarding the Acidophilus & Bifidus, should I just follow the instructions on the bottle? 1 capsule 1-3 a day?
3. Are the Rhibosomes provided in the Moringa?
4. Should I supplement with Glutathione or will I get this through the protocol? I have mold and lyme. I also have the MTHFR gene and was told I needed to supplement with Glutathione to help detox.
i have had problems with CoQ10 in the past (Heart extrasystoles) and after taking CoQ10 again as advised in the nb protocol it appeared again. those extrasystoles are very strong and very often. I stopped taking the CoQ10 and the extrasystoles stopped. (Why is that?)
is there some alternative to CoQ10 or can i neglect it as my heart really goes crazy taking it? Will the protocol still be effective without it?
I don't see how Coq10 would be the cause of an irregular heartbeat. However if 100 people did this protocol and they had some level of significant infection then I would say 100 people would have an irregular heartbeat and probably for quite a while. Your heart responds to your blood chemistry and since your entire body has been taken over by infection and abnormal cells then eliminating that will cause your blood to have a lot of toxins in it for quite a while.
My whole chest was infected and my heart was going all over the place and it corresponds with how aggressively your immune system is attacking the things that you need to get out of you.
Coq10 is kind of an insurance policy to give your heart the energy it needs so it can do these acrobatics and gymnastics and still keep ticking along. The sulfur compounds in the protocol clean out your vascular system and that takes a load off of your heart.
I don't suggest you quit taking Coq10 and a realistic expectation is that your heart will be performing these tricks until you are healthy again.
The same thing happened to me and some people who I am in touch with.
