The cure method is described below;
The protocol has 3 parts.1 The part that restores the immune system and 2 The support you will need of nutrition and detox and 3 How to manage your immune system once it is active again.
The first part of actually turning the immune system back on is described here;
*This immune system restore method for the 3 parts to turn the immune system back on is to consume the recommended dose of Black Cumin Seed Oil and then approx 1/2 to 1 hour later take a Hyperthermia bath and 1/2 to 1 hour later take a shower with the Fucus Vesiculosus soap, you likely will have to work up to that and need to be on the detox and nutrition part of the protocol as well.
The second part is the support of nutrition and detoxification;

One last point, try to eat organic and non GMO foods. There are traces of glyphosate in conventionally processed foods that damage the immune system.
How to do the NB Protocol;
There are many places you can find the items used in the protocol on the internet and in health stores, I have no financial interest but have found some cost effective sources for these items listed below the protocol.
The timing in the protocol are suggestions , fit this in your schedule as needed.
Starting the Protocol;
MAKING MSM WATER; (1 pound jar of NOW brand MSM powder with no mag stearate.)
You will need to make MSM Water. It’s easy so, how to make MSM Water. It is NEVER good to buy MSM in pill form. The reason is that in order to get the MSM inside the pills, chemicals are used to prevent the MSM from clumping together. These chemicals may neutralize the effectiveness of MSM. MSM should be bought as bulk powder and then mixed with water before consuming.
You need a glass jar or bottle not plastic. Use distilled or filtered water, low in chlorine. The ratio is 2 TABLESPOONS of MSM to 24 fluid ounces of water. This is like a bomber beer bottle. You can scale this ratio any way you like. Let the bottle set for a half hour or so and swish it around from time to time. The point is that the MSM dissolves completely. Using the ratio of 2 measured Tablespoons to 24 ounces of water is convenient because there are 12 grams of MSM in a level measured Tablespoon. When doing it this way the fluid ounces of the water is your dose in grams.
MSM water DOSING-The Goal is to work up to 8 grams a day split into two doses of 4 fluid ounces each twice a day, this should take at least a month. Start the MSM as soon as you start the protocol.
LETS GET STARTED;
1. Alpha Lipoic Acid, take 1 capsule of 300mg ALA two times a day with the MSM water for a total of 2 capsules daily.
*the ALA I have seen without magnesium stearate is sold online by a company called “bio-alternatives”, they sell 300 mg capsules.
2. N acetyl cystiene > these capsules are 600mg and contain Selenium also. Take one capsule of in the morning with the MSM water and one with the next dose of MSM water later in the day. 2 capsules total daily.
3. Co Q10 > 100mg capsules . Take one capsule of in the morning with the MSM water, one in the middle of the day and one with the next dose of MSM water later in the day. 3 capsules total daily. You can take an extra one at any time if your heart is very active.
4.BLACK CUMIN SEED OIL with Thymoquinone >
*It is available at many sources, Walmart, Amazon, Ebay, Vitamin shoppe, GNC, etc.
TAKE two teaspoons OF BLACK CUMIN SEED OIL , one in the morning and one at night. In the morning you can take the Hyperthermia bath and wait a while then shower with the Fucus vesiculosus soap. You can skip the bath and shower in the evening and just take the black cumin seed oil.
5. Wait a couple hours after your morning MSM/ALA/NAC/Coq10 then take the Moringa leaf powder in a cup of warm water.
Take the Moringa in a cup of very warm water.
1 ½ teaspoons of Moringa daily is usually sufficient. If you are feeling weak then adding 1 more tsp for a while will help.
6. Around lunchtime take the Mega PC35 and Omega 3 supplements., One capsule of each.
Probiotic use is essential to restore immunity and to process toxins out of the body. There is an obstacle to the probiotic bacteria reaching the colon and that is stomach acid. It is estimated that only 2% to 4% of probiotics survive stomach acid. You probably only need to do this for a month to restore flora.

This one, “Natural Factors Multi acidophilus”, it is really quite easy and very effective;
*It is very important that you hydrate with WATER while using this protocol, none of the items in the protocol that are liquid count toward hydration instead they tend to dehydrate and when you are dehydrated then detoxing shuts down and you can make yourself ill.
* Something simple that will help you is Echinacea tea, drink according to this schedule;
*Start with one cup a day then work up to two cups a day
*Sleep - As your body repairs itself during the sleep cycle ,it is very important. Being able to sleep is a function of brain chemistry and the neurotoxins created from die off of pathogens in the brain are a big obstacle to sleep. Using the minor hormone Melatonin as a sleep aid can be helpful as it regulates sleep cycles. There is also an herbal preparation called "Deep Sleep" that when combined with melatonin works well, some people use GABA.
*Non Chlorinated water is important , you want to keep chlorine out of your body.
I found the cheapest and easiest way to consume the protocol using water without chlorine , is to install an undersink filter.
You can go to a home supply store like Home Depot or Loews and they carry a variety of units you can hook up under your kitchen sink in your cold water line. Cost for these is about $100. Or less.
